The Bee (Al-nahl)
128 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Cave (Al-Kahf) before Noah (Noah)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
۞ Allah's judgement has (all but) come; do not, then, call for its speedy advent. Holy is He, and far above their associating others with Him in His Divinity. (1) He sends down this spirit (of prophecy) by His command through His angels on any of His servants whom He wills, (directing them): "Warn people that there is no deity but Me; so hold Me alone in fear." (2) He hath created the heavens and the earth with a purpose. Exalted is He above that which they associate. (3) He created man from a sperm-drop; then at once, he is a clear adversary. (4) And the cattle! He hath created them. For you in them there is warmth and other profits and of them ye eat. (5) And you find beauty in them as you drive them to pasture in the morning and as you drive them back home in the evening; (6) And they carry your loads to a land you could not have reached except with difficulty to yourselves. Indeed, your Lord is Kind and Merciful. (7) And He created horses and mules and asses for you to ride, and also for your adornment. And He creates many things (for you) that you do not even know about. (8) And upon Allah is the responsibility to explain the Straight Path (i.e. Islamic Monotheism for mankind i.e. to show them legal and illegal, good and evil things, etc. so, whosoever accepts the guidance, it will be for his own benefit and whosoever goes astray, it will be for his own destruction), but there are ways that turn aside (such as Paganism, Judaism, Christianity, etc.). And had He willed, He would have guided you all (mankind). (9)
