Juz 19
۞ And those who fear not the meeting with Us say: wherefore are not angels sent down unto us or wherefore we see not our Lord! Assuredly they have proven stiff-necked in their souls and have exceeded the bounds with excess great. (21) On the day when they shall see the angels, there shall be no joy on that day for the guilty, and they shall say: It is a forbidden thing totally prohibited. (22) We shall turn to their deeds and scatter them like particles of dust. (23) The Companions of the Garden will be well, that Day, in their abode, and have the fairest of places for repose. (24) And the day when the sky will be split asunder with clouds and the angels will be sent down in full. (25) and the Absolute kingdom will belong to the Beneficent God. (26) The unjust man will bite at his hand and say, "Would that I had stood by the Messenger! (27) O woe is me! would that I had not taken such a one for a friend! (28) For it was he, who had deluded me to reject the Admonition which had come to me. Satan has proved very treacherous to man. " (29) And the Apostle will say: my Lord! verily my people took this Qur'an as a thing to be shunned. (30) And thus have We made for every prophet an enemy from among the criminals. But sufficient is your Lord as a guide and a helper. (31) The unbelievers say: "Why was the whole Qur'an not sent down all at once to him?" It was sent thus that We may keep your heart resolute. So We enunciated it by steps and distinctly. (32) They do not bring to you any parable but that which We bring to you is the truth and better in explanation. (33) those who are going to be driven to Hell upon their faces, have taken an utterly wrong stand and their way is most erroneous! (34)
