81 The Rolling

Juz 30
The Rolling (Al-Takweer)
29 verses, revealed in Mecca after Thorns (Al-Masad) before The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
When the sun shall be wound round, (1) when the stars shall scatter away, (2) the mountains are scattered about as dust, (3) and when she-camels big with young, about to give birth, are left untended, (4) the wild beasts are herded together, (5) And when the seas shall become as blazing Fire or shall overflow; (6) when the souls shall be coupled, (7) And when the girl buried alive shall be asked: (8) For what sin she was slain, (9) When the scrolls are laid open; (10) when heaven shall be stripped off; (11) When Hell is set ablaze, (12) and Paradise brought nigh: (13) Then every soul shall know that which it hath presented. (14) So verily, I swear by the planets that recede (i.e. disappear during the day and appear during the night). (15) Go straight, or hide; (16) And by the night when it departeth, (17) And by the morning when it shineth forth, (18) Truly, this is the word brought by a noble messenger, (19) The mighty, the honoured in the presence of the Lord of the Throne. (20) (One) to be obeyed, and trustworthy; (21) Your companion is not one possessed: (22) Assuredly he beheld him in the horizon manifest. (23) And he (Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) withholds not a knowledge of the unseen. (24) And the Qur'an is not the word of a devil, expelled [from the heavens]. (25) Whither then go ye? (26) This is naught but an admonition unto the worlds (27) for whosoever of you who would go straight; (28) but you shall not, unless Allah wills, the Lord of all the Worlds. (29)
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
