81 The Rolling
Al-Takweer
Juz 30
The Rolling (Al-Takweer)
29 verses, revealed in Mecca after Thorns (Al-Masad) before The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
When the sun Kuwwirat (wound round and lost its light and is overthrown). (1) And when the stars fall, dispersing, (2) And when the hills are moved, (3) When the she-camels, ten months with young, are left untended; (4) when the savage beasts shall be mustered, (5) And when the seas shall be filled, (6) And when the souls are paired (7) And the little girl buried alive is asked (8) For what crime she was put to death; (9) When the scrolls are laid open; (10) And when the sky is stripped away (11) And when Hellfire is set ablaze (12) And when Paradise shall be brought near, (13) then shall each person know what he has brought along. (14) So verily I call to witness the planets - that recede, (15) Those that run [their courses] and disappear - (16) And by the night as it departs; (17) And the Dawn as it breathes away the darkness;- (18) behold, this [divine writ] is indeed the [inspired] word of a noble apostle, (19) of power, given a rank by the Owner of the Throne (20) [the word] of one to be heeded, and worthy of trust! (21) And (O people!) your companion is not one possessed; (22) And he has already seen Gabriel in the clear horizon. (23) He (Muhammad) is not accused of lying about the unseen. (24) And it is not the word of an accursed Satan; (25) So where are you going? (26) Verily this is no less than a Message to (all) the Worlds: (27) For him among you who pleases to go straight. (28) And you do not will except that Allah wills - Lord of the worlds. (29)
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
