Juz 30
The Rolling (Al-Takweer)
29 verses, revealed in Mecca after Thorns (Al-Masad) before The All High (Al-A'alaa)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
When the sun shall be wound round, (1) And when the stars darken, (2) And when the mountains are made to pass away, (3) the young barren camels are abandoned, (4) And when the wild beasts are herded together, (5) And when the seas shall become as blazing Fire or shall overflow; (6) When souls are reunited (with the bodies) (7) questions are asked about the baby girls buried alive, (8) For what crime she was killed; (9) when the scrolls are unrolled, (10) When the world on High is unveiled; (11) And when hell is further enflamed. (12) And when Paradise is brought near. (13) (Then) every soul will know what it had prepared (for itself). (14) BUT NAY! I call to witness the revolving stars, (15) the planets that run their course and set, (16) And the night when it departs, (17) and the morn as it softly breathes: (18) Verily it is a Word brought by a messenger honoured, (19) Owner of power, and high rank with (Allah) the Lord of the Throne, (20) (One) to be obeyed, and trustworthy; (21) Your companion (Muhammad) does not suffer from any mental illness (22) Surely he beheld Him on the clear horizon. (23) He (Muhammad) is not accused of lying about the unseen. (24) Nor is this [message] the word of any satanic force accursed. (25) Where to are you then heading? (26) This is merely a reminder to all mankind; (27) to every one of you who wishes to tread the straight path. (28) And what will you wish, except if Allah wills the Lord of the Creation. (29)
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
